Spice up your life

by indulging in your basic b*tch side

Just to preface this recipe, I do NOT enjoy Pumpkin Spice everything, or anything for that matter. Ive never tasted the Starbucks drink, although I know its all the rage, and I don't like the smell of fake scents - HOWEVER I do LOVE pumpkin pie and homemade pumpkin things so I decided to create my own version of Pumpkin Spice by mixing this ever-so-fab spice mix into my morning (and snack) routine! Below is a recipe for Pumpkin Spice Fat Balls!

Ingredients:

Put the following in a food processor or blender! Check out my Instagram page linked here, for my favorite brands of each of the following ingredients! 

 - 1/8 hemp seeds

 - 1/8 cocoa powder

 - 1/2 cup almonds

 - 1/2 cup cashews

 - 1 cup coconut shreds

 - 1/2 c melted coconut oil 

 - 1/4 cup of coconut butter 

 - 1/3 nut milk

 - 3 pitted medjool dates 

 - 2 tablespoons of pumpkin spice mix 

 - 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree

How To:

Blend everything until it is a doughy consistency - dough should feel a bit wet which is GOOD! 

Roll using a spoon or ice cream scoop, into bite sized balls

Placed them a half in apart in an airtight container and freeze for up to 6 months! (If they last that long)

If you like them SWEET add in more dates, or your preferred sweetener!

Take out the pumpkin and pumpkin spice if you don’t want that flavoring and add in cinnamon and more cacao for a chocolatey ball! 

VOILA!
