Italian Dining in the Heart of Uptown Annapolis!
Greeted by a gregarious host, we were sat at the spacious and open outdoor seating area directly next to a gorgeous and peaceful water fountain.
Once we were sat we ordered a refreshing and light bottle of Pinot Noir, and we were treated to a complimentary plate of focaccia with a light tomato and cheese topping.
The first course consisted of Mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes with shredded basil and olive oil.
The calamari was colorful, light and refreshing - it was very tastefully prepared and cooked perfectly. Served in fresh herb corn relish.
The Carpaccio Di Tonno was perfectly displayed! Ingredients included thinly sliced sushi-grade tuna encrusted with pink peppercorns, accompanied by a fresh avocado, and a perfectly dressed salad with citrus lemon vinaigrette
The final, and favorite, dish was the Caprese Brick Oven Pizza. Consisting of White parmesan crust, fresh mozzarella, roma tomatoes, prosciutto, arugula, shaved parmesan, olive oil!
